1 - Responsibility
On-site experience Led engineering team to scale the deployment number of Automatic Optical Inspection(AOI) machines by over 500% in a real-world manufacturing environment.
Software development / Pipeilne optimization Enhanced defect inspection accuracy. At the same time, I optimized software adaptation time to new products from a week to less than 2 days. This is achieved by codebase refactoring with 3+ design patterns and validation pipeline integration.
Full-stack development Delivered 10+ core features to the production monitoring system using Flask following MVC pattern.
DevOp
- Developed AOI C++ / Python shared library from scratch based on OpenCV, CMake, and Boost library.
- Established a standalone software release and version control workflow from scratch using CMake and Gitlab.
